Turkey is ready to cancel visas for Ukrainians Krivoy Rog!

Today, May 6, Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said the desire and willingness of his country to introduce a visa-free regime with Ukraine.

"Turkey wants it," – said the diplomat in Simferopol, answering journalists' questions, when it introduced a visa-free regime between the two countries.

According to him, that this topic was discussed during the meeting in Kiev with the Ukrainian leadership. "We attach great importance to ensuring that our people have the opportunity to close contact. Technical preparations for visa-free regime has already been done. And in the near future it will be done. Turkey is ready for this", – assured Davutoglu.

He also said that during the meetings in Kiev was decided to organize a ferry between the Turkish city of Sinop and Ya.

Moreover, Davutoglu said that the Turkish side in favor of maintaining ethnic peace in the Crimea. "All people who live in the Crimea – our friends, our neighbors, and we attach great importance to ethnic peace in the region. We consider the Crimean Tatar people in Crimea as a bridge of friendship between our two countries," – said the diplomat.

According to him, Ankara will continue to assist the Crimean Tatar people. "We are ready to render all assistance that will be needed in Ukraine and Crimea.
