Stairs Empire State Building last race Krivoy Rog!

In New York in the race up the stairs 86-story Empire State Building, the tallest building in the metropolis, was attended by over 300 people.

In the men's competition in 1576 the first steps overcame 26-year-old student, Thomas Dold of Stuttgart, who climbed to the observation deck atop the building for 10.07 minutes, which is about ten times slower than the high-speed elevator. Women became the best Susie Walsh. Despite the injury at the start, the Australian got the 86th floor for 13.27 minutes and became a triple champion.

Total oldest participant, an immigrant from France, already 75 years old.
